Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items should be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Perishable goods (spices, pickles, chutneys) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or phone to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged.
- Once approved, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- For partial returns or bulk orders, refunds will correspond to the returned quantity.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for damaged or incorrect products only.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours for exchange requests.
- We will replace the item free of additional cost wherever applicable.
